Login difficulty

When I log in, I have to do it twice before it 'takes.' Does anyone else have to do this?

Website going to wrong page

Post by AntonLargiader » Tue Feb 08, 2005 5:15 pm

I had a new issue today. When going to this site from an office building downtown, an entirely different page came up. I traded emails with the support guy at the domain registry company who said I should switch nameservers from the web hosting company to theirs but we would get banner ads and popups.

I think not.

Anyway, it's working fine from home and from anywhere else. I think it is a problem with the network of the place I was working. If anyone has any difficulties finding this page, I'd like to know about it.

By the way, I'm deleting irrelevant posts from this forum. I hope none of you are post-counters... :)

I just upgraded to the latest version and you may have some cookie-related problems when logging in. If you can't get to PMs or your user CP, you will need to clear your cookies and possibly your browser cache. Clearing stored passwords is NOT needed.

Sorry but that's how it is according to the phpBB site. I spent an hour or two fooling around with it myself until I got it straightened out.
