Need 1150GS test ride

A friend of mine is shopping for bikes. A used 1150GS is on the list of bikes to check out. Is there anyone out there (and near Harrisonburg) who'd be willing to at least provide a back seat ride etc.?
I'm trying to keep him from buying a vstrom <grin>

Sure, I can help with a test ride

My '03 R1150GS is in the hangar at Waynesboro airport, so if your friend would like a test ride, just let me know. He (or she) can ride it up and down the taxiway which is a half mile long. That should be enough to get a feel for the bike. Jeff

Thank you kindly for the offer. Someone else already stepped up with offer (offline) and I think we're going to try to check it out this week. If things don't pan out for some reason, I'll let you know.
