Stayin' Safe Motorcycle Training

Post by Chuck » Fri Apr 06, 2007 8:57 am

From the BRB e-mail:

Greetings fellow motorcyclists:
We have some good news for those of you trying to get your Stayin’ Safe Spring
Training in on the full Smokies and our full Shenandoah/Blue Ridge Training
Tours.

1 SPACE REMAINS ON A SMOKIES TOUR, MAY 14-16
Due to a cancellation on what started as a 3 person private tour, we have one
space available Monday, May 14 to Wednesday, May 16. The price is the same as
our scheduled 3-day Smokies tour at $1,375. It starts in northern Georgia and
offers a variation on our usual Smokies route. To register, go to the tour
registration page at www.stayinsafe.com. You won’t find the tour listed on the
registration pull down menu. So select "private" tour. And in the Comments
section, note that you’d like the May 14-16 Smokies tour.

NEW SHENANDOAH/BLUE RIDGE TOUR, JUNE 30-JULY1
Due to demand for the spring tours, we’ve added one in early summer. This tour
leaves from Warrenton, VA (45 miles west of Washington, DC) and runs through
Virginia’s Blue Ridge mountains. Space is limited; to reserve go to the tour
registration page at www.stayinsafe.com.

Don’t miss out on your chance this year to IMPROVE YOUR STREET STRATEGIES AND
TECHNIQUE. Standbys are always needed, and sometimes do lead to a booking. If
you can’t make these few early season openings, consider a September or early
October tour. Space is still available on the Switzerland of Ohio,
Shenandoah/Blue Ridge and Smokies tours. Or, join us in COLORADO on RMMT’s
July 11-18 "BEST OF THE WEST" tour. Our ten year Stayin’ Safe veteran, Pete
Tamblyn, will conduct training sessions en route in the usual Stayin’ Safe
fashion with all day coaching via in-helmet communication. For more information
and reservations: http://www.rockymountainmotorcycletours ... s.php?id=5

We look forward to seeing you on a training tour this season, and helping you
become a better, smarter, smoother, safer rider.

"ride safe",

I have signed up for the May 10th to the 13 ride in in the Smokeys. I am on stand-by on that one. I anybody want to do the later one let me know and I will reschedule.
And you might ask yourself, "where does that highway go?"
