We'll meet Sunday, July 2 at the Otter Creek Restaurant on the Blue Ridge Parkway at Milepost 60.8 (just north of the James River Visitor Center at US 501). We have invited the Twin Valley Riders to join us.

Ride Report
We had a large turnout at Otter Creek, but mostly Twin Valley Riders! I counted 18 bikes and may have missed a few that weren't parked with the group.
After breakfast and parking lot socializing, about eight of us took off for Marlington, WV on a route proposed by TVR Chris Hall. We headed north on the BRP to VA 56, west down the mountain to Steele's Tavern, then farther west on SR 606 to Brownsburg. From there we took VA 252 south to VA 39 with a break at the Maury River overlook in Goshen Pass. After scattering for gas we joined up again at the new Dan Ingall Overlook at the top of Warm Springs Mountain and continued on to Marlington.
We'll have to try meeting for breakfast with some other adjacent clubs for future rides. We also need some new route palnners. If I chose the route, we'll just keep heading to Monterey.
