Way too many people got scared off by the weather. It really only rained on Friday, and was gloomy Thursday night and Saturday AM. By mid-day Saturday the sun was blazing and it has been out ever since.
Great GS riding. The MSF dirtbike school was a real hit although I hear one guy broke a leg there. At least two riders that I know of hit deer on their way to the rally.
It's a shame so many people canceled. Many of them wouldn't have if they knew that the weather was really like. I guess people get hooked on the Weather Channel and so forth, and then sit and stare at that all day unless there's a zero percent chance of rain.
