Looks like I'm not going to make it this time. My front tire is nearing the end of its life and Morton's said they can't get me in for new rubber until Saturday at the earliest. Grrr... :x

Excellent! 8) PR2 is exactly what I want. When can I drop off the GT? I'll call you in a few minutes to discuss...

Anton to the rescue! The GT now has a new front tire and it's ready to go. So, I'll definitely see y'all over in Waynesboro at high noon on Saturday.

As Butch said, we'll meet at McAllister's Deli (http://www.mcalistersdeli.com), 740 East Town Center Drive, for lunch and try to get rolling down the Parkway by 1:00 p.m. Here's the route we'll take to Willville (http://www.willvillebikecamp.com) in case anyone wants to join up along the way: http://tinyurl.com/ye6xtb3

Looks like the weather forecast couldn't be much better--maybe even as pleasant as last year: http://tinyurl.com/y8ewmlu

There is a British car show at one of the parks in Waynsboro Sat. I don't know the name of the park but there will be signs up around town for anyone who may be in town early. Butch

Great ride this weekend, gents! I really enjoyed carving all those Parkway curves with Buddy, Butch, Harvey, and John. You guys are a lot of fun to ride with. And there were plenty of interesting stories (some of which might even have been true) swapped around the campfire last night too. :P

It was a bit chilly coming back up the Parkway this morning, but actually quite comfortable with vents closed on the gear (first I've had to do that in a while) and of course the up side to cooler weather is fewer bugs.

My sympathies to those who couldn't make it. Y'all missed another spectacular October run down to Willville. We definitely need to do this every year, and I can't think of a better month than October.

Great ride, yea. glad John passed all those Harleys Sunday. We would still be coming home if he had not.
