A friend of mine is shopping for bikes. A used 1150GS is on the list of bikes to check out. Is there anyone out there (and near Harrisonburg) who'd be willing to at least provide a back seat ride etc.?

Kathy's in Staunton is pretty good. It has bar seating, booths, as well as tables. Noob question here: Is there anything 'special' I should know about mounting beemer tires? I.e. can any bike shop do it once I deliver wheels to them? I don't even know if state of art (locally) is spin balance or if it's still done with bubble level? Is there any concensus as to best place to deal ...
