Re: Cycleworks

Leo lives north of McDowell in Highland County. His son did some cabinet work for me a few years ago and said Leo has a couple early '80s Beemers with zero miles on them in his garage.

Re: 1st Sunday Ride Jan 09

Five of us showed up. The Skyline Restaurant had a pretty extensive breakfast menu, excellent service, and reasonable prices. My Greek omelet was good. I think it's worth another visit. Turned out to be a good day for riding. Bob and I took some back roads across the Valley between US 340 and US 11 ...

Re: Breakfast spots?

Hey Jeff, We were at Lynn's in November. We we warned away from the buffet by the folks at the table next to ours, but tried it anyway after seeing it replenished. Re: December First Sunday

Mike, Butch and I had a nice brunch. We grabbed a table for six expecting some of the Nelson County locals to show, but none did. Wow, US 250 over Rockfish Gap was well salted. Looked a little like Bonneville!

How about another upscale brunch at The Lafayette in Stanardsville for January?
