Re: Breakfast spots?
I just wanted to let you know that Lynn's has reopened in Waynesboro. It is pretty much back like Lynn Wease had run it for decades. I tried it out this week, Dec 15, 2008. Hope to see some of you on some rides this coming year. Jeff Ward

Hope you can make it
I just wanted to encourage those of you who haven't been to Bluegrass Campnight to try it this year. I went for the first time last year. It is a great setting, lots of fun, amid top notch cycling roads, and is for a good cause, too. The music this year is by Gove Scrivenor, who is absolutely superb...

Sure, I can help with a test ride
My '03 R1150GS is in the hangar at Waynesboro airport, so if your friend would like a test ride, just let me know. He (or she) can ride it up and down the taxiway which is a half mile long. That should be enough to get a feel for the bike. Jeff

Hot biscuits, cold, gusty gale
Hi Anton, We had 8 or 9 bikes and riders. It was real good to meet everybody and see some different bikes. Wish it were about 10 degrees warmer. Those heated handgrips felt pretty good on the ride back home.
Best to all. Jeff

Weather update- looks OK
Good Morning,
The weather looks pretty good for our breakfast and ride this morning. Radar shows that the showers are leaving, and improving conditions for the day. Hope to see you later, Jeff

Tomorrow morning breakfast and ride
Hi All, With any luck, this front will move through during the night and give us a nice day tomorrow. If for some reason it is too bad for meeting at Raven's Roost for breakfast, I'll post something by 7 a.m. tomorrow morning. Does that sound OK? Hope it works out. Jeff

May Breakfast ride
Hi All, If nobody has particular plans for the May breakfast ride, May 1, I'd like to host a breakfast for the group. I'd like to get a chance to meet everybody, and the weather is starting to look like a picnic type breakfast would work. Since I am in Waynesboro, I was thinking that I could have ev...

Waynesboro breakfast
I was interested to see that your group likes Sunday morning breakfast rides. The last couple years I've been riding with friends very early Sunday mornings (6:30 a.m light and warmth permitting) and we would pack ham biscuits and a thermos of coffee, some fruit, that type of thing. We ride for a wh...

New guy checking in....
Hi All, I just signed on as your newest member and wanted to say hi, thanks for putting this good looking website together, and to introduce myself. I'm here in Waynesboro, and of course ride the Skyline Drive and BR Parkway every chance I get. Current bikes are a 1969 R69US and a 2003 R1150GS. I gu...
